dailynewdomains.com is run by dailynewdomains (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.

Plans and cancelling

Plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; the plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. If something did not work as described, write to [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.

How you may use the feed

You may use the feed, the downloads and the API for your own work and inside your own products and outreach. You may not resell the feed as a list or a data product of its own, or share an account or API key outside your team. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how you contact anyone you find through it, including anti-spam rules.

What we can promise

The feed shows what domains and their sites published at the time we checked them. Sites change, and a title or a mail setting can be out of date. We work to keep the service running every minute, but we do not promise it never stops. The service is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we email customers at least 14 days before.
